• Students will run the front counter which can consist of handing packages to students or employees, assisting with looking up of customers packages or letters, Keeping the area tidy and answering inquiries from customers.
• Students will sort and scan letters to the student they belong to.
• Students will scan packages in and put them up into the scan to locations.
• Students may be asked to go on short deliveries to surrounding buildings if rush deliveries occur.
• Students may be asked to help receive packages on the dock.
• Students may be asked to help sort RTS letters or help filter through old packages.

Federal Work/Study earnings will be paid biweekly in the form of a check or direct deposit payable to the student. This award does not credit to the account of the student as payment toward University charges.

Open-minded students with a willingness to learn the mailroom processes, work to the best of their ability and that are customer service oriented.
