The Office of Student Success and Diversity annually allocates a designated amount of funds to support 色虎视频’s goal of creating a more inclusive and diverse campus community. In congruence with the 色虎视频 Vision, the office also seeks to promote “a diverse community, stressing vigorous learning and personal faith, in the Baptist tradition.” The proposals funded by this grant should work to enhance the retention of faculty and staff, foster diversity across the curriculum, and/or focus on scholarship related to diversity on 色虎视频’s campus.
